Leading communications and SCADA network supplier, EMR Integrated Solutions was today awarded contracts by Coffey Water for the supply and implementation of SCADA and telemetry systems on two major projects being undertaken at the Coffey Water DBO water treatment works in Kilmallock, Co Limerick and Meath County Council’s water treatment works in Oldcastle, Co. Meath.

EMR’s engineers will be undertaking the plant automation using Schneider PLC and automation hardware and Inductive Automation’s Ignition SCADA software.

In the case of the Oldcastle project, EMR will also integrate the new plant information with central SCADA servers installed previously by EMR in Meath County Council’s IT server facility.
